While Teresa was outstanding,, and Taylor very supportive, the interface with management and finance created doubt and lack of trust. My parents who assisted me with this transaction will likely never come back to your dealership. There was confusion, conflicting information, and an attempt to charge us for the Findlay package when it wasn’t even on the vehicle ! ! The same pattern happened around the topic of transport costs. Very pleased with my service appt today. One of the main reasons I purchased my vehicle from here was the service dept.
